Welcome to my Substack! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of and subscription to my content hosted on Substack. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription Options

Free and paid subscription tiers are available. Paid subscribers receive exclusive content as outlined on the subscription page. All prices are listed, and may vary based on currencies accepted by Substack. Purchases may be subject to applicable taxes.

2. Payments & Renewals

• Your paid subscription will renew, according to Substack’s guidelines, unless canceled. The author is not responsible for monitoring or altering your subscription status.

• You can cancel at any time through your Substack account settings. Cancellations prevent future charges but do not issue refunds for the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days at brianarbor@substack.com. We are willing to resolve these issues on a case by case basis.

4. Chargebacks

To protect our small business from fraud and misuse:

• Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent removal from our community.

• If you have a concern, please reach out first. We are committed to resolving issues personally, fairly, and quickly.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content shared via brianarbor.substack.com (and it’s affiliated pages) is owned by Brian Arbor unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, plagiarize, or redistribute content without explicit written permission from the author. Sharing content links, utilizing the mechanics intrinsic to Substack, is welcomed and encouraged.

6. User Conduct

We reserve the right to remove subscribers (without refund) who engage in harassment, hate speech, or other objectionable behavior that interferes with the experience of others.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
